Delete your RendrPix account
Applies to RendrPix for Android, com.rendrlab.rendrpix.
From inside the app
The fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open RendrPix and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is removed straight away.
You will only see this option while signed in. If the app shows “Guest”, there is no account to delete — RendrPix does not require one to use the free filters.
If you no longer have the app
Email privacy@rendrlab.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We respond within one month, and usually far sooner.
What is deleted
- Your account record — identifier, email address, display name and profile photo URL
- Your subscription and entitlement history
This is immediate and cannot be undone.
What is not
Your photos, the images RendrPix creates and any designs you saved are held on your device, not by us. Deleting your account does not remove them; uninstalling the app does.
Problem reports you chose to send are kept for up to 12 months after the fault is fixed, so we can recognise it if it returns. They contain what you wrote and the technical details shown to you before sending — never your photos — and the identifier attached stops referring to anything once your account is gone.
